Leadership at Mount Boucherie Secondary School
At Mount Boucherie Secondary School we cherish the programs that are offered to the students in promotion of becoming better leaders within their school environments, at home, or even within the community. MBSS invites all students to get involved in the different types of Leadership around the school. These consist of Recreational Leadership, all around Leadership, Aboriginal Leadership, Peer Counselling, or Grad Council. All five of these areas take on various different responsibilities and events such as the MBSS Carnival, Spirit Weeks, LINK crew, Twelve Days of Christmas, Mental Health Week, the Terry Fox run, a Drumathon, Bannock Sales, Grad events, Sports fundraisers, and several others. Other large country or province wide events come about as well for those who look to excel in their leadership abilities. For example, the Canadian Student Leadership Conference (CSLC). Leadership at MBSS can be described to be a fun and exciting, mind-building and upbeat way to get involved in numerous experiences while learning. Step through the door with a heart that beats to lead and join in an amazing group of leaders waiting to build a leadership community with you.
